hello. my letter from smu finally arrived!!! and i got offered a place at their school of social science! so i guess i'm going to be staying in singapore afterall. i was a lot happier than i thought i would be actually. i was actually starting to think that 4 years in melbourne wasn't such a bad idea afterall, good for personal growth and it has a beautiful campus! universities in singapore just look so bad when compared to it. especially NUS! though their law school's quite nice. anyway, i realise i sound like i'm going to accept their offer. haha. i might, or might not. it depends on what course i get offered at NUS i guess. and if i still want to take archi. i still like archi a lot. in fact, i like it more than any other courses. but i might have to give it up due to practical reasons. which is a really sad and tough decision to make. oh wells, reality is cruel as always. just have to learn to live with it.

anyway, i'm still really lucky though! can't believe smu actually wants me. my grades ain't good and i suck at interviews, i think i came out of the room pale. haha. cause the other interviewees were asking if i was ok, repeatedly. i was so worried they made a mistake! but i guess they didn't afterall. hehehe. ok, i realise i've been saying really random things recently.

i'm going off to perth tomorrow! for a pathetically short trip. oh wells, better than nothing.

and happy birthday ong, in advance! aww... so sorry two of your beloved people are on different islands as you on your birthday this year. hahaha. and you'd better keep to your word!
