sheesh. Poe is messing with my head, so is atwood and huxley. need more control over my mind! need to learn from offred. mind body, detached. and start telling myself that all is not real, and construct my own imaginary world and stay in it. have some hypnopedic rhyme or lullaby to put me to sleep every night, chanting "study hard, stay happy, study hard, stay happy, study hard, stay happy, study hard, stay happy, don't be overly sensitive, study hard, stay happy, study hard, stay happy..." through my sleep.
